Once your order is confirmed, we can arrange shipment within 3–7 working days via air or sea freight.

Full OEM & ODM custom service is available, including private logo, customized packaging and exclusive product design.
Our design team supports embroidery, silk printing, heat transfer, rubber labels and metal nameplates.
4. What is your MOQ?
Standard MOQ is 100 pcs per design for favorable bulk pricing.
MOQ is negotiable, and unit price will adjust accordingly based on order volume.

· In-stock items: Shipment within 3–7 days after order confirmation
· OEM / ODM customized orders: 20–35 working days production cycle
· Samples: Door-to-door express, transit time 7–10 days
· Bulk full-container orders: Sea freight transit 25–45 days
9. What payment terms do you accept?
We mainly accept T/T deposit.
PayPal and Western Union are also available for small sample orders.
10. Can I mix different bag styles into one full container?
Yes, we support one-stop mixed container sourcing.
You can combine ladies tote bags, school & business backpacks and matching accessories in a single shipment without extra handling fees.
11. Do you offer DDP door-to-door shipping?
We cooperate with professional freight forwarders to provide DDP sea freight service to major countries, covering customs clearance and local delivery for licensed importers.
13. Can you assist with import documents for customs clearance?
We can supply full export documents including commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin to support your local import clearance procedures.
